Dunham Barn this week for coffee and some of the best cakes in Cheshire!

A nice and flat 34miles with just 1,200ft of ascent. The routes takes us out via Broad Lane, Swineyard, Hoo Green, Rostherne, Ashely and Bowden before we reach Dunham Village. Return is via Little Bollington, Arthill, High Legh, Cann Lane and Arley.

You can view details of the route here: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/36276960

Average speed on a Social ride is typically between 12mph and 14mph.

Bikes MUST be in good working order and you MUST have a helmet.  You need to carry a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and when necessary you should also have lights.

General Rules:
– Please keep pavements clear at meeting points, be respectful of pedestrians.
– Riders must ride maximum two abreast – not four! – and on the left hand side of the road – safety first!
– We generally ride as a single group, unless we have 12 or more riders when we would split into 2 groups (assuming we have enough ride leaders to accommodate this)
– Riders must have someone they can phone in case of emergencies and mechanical failure – it is not the responsibility of the leaders to fix a bike – but they will help if they can.
